نظراً لحدوث تجاوزات أمريكية خطيرة فى مواجهتى وفى مواجهة عدد كبير من خبراء الشؤون الصينية حول العالم من الأصدقاء الحقيقيين للصين ولحزبها الشيوعى الحاكم، لدرجة الإعتداء الفعلى على عدد منا، وتعريض حياتنا ومستقبلنا للخطر التام، فضلاً عن منعنا من الظهور الإعلامى فى بلداننا لعدم الحديث أو الإشارة بشكل تام إلى الحزب الشيوعى الصينى وإنجازاته وقياداته ورئيسه الرفيق العظيم "شى جين بينغ" فى العصر الجديد. بل وبلغ الأمر الإستفزازى من قبل الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وحلفاؤها بوضع قائمة عالمية – تم وضعى على رأسها – بمنعنا من النشر أو الإدلاء بأى تصريحات إلا بعد مراجعتها وحذفها أمريكياً لمنع نشر أى حديث بإسم الحزب الشيوعى الصينى وقياداته أو الحديث عن إنجازاته.
بل وبلغ الإستفزاز الأمريكى ذروته بتوجيه دعوات إلينا أى لأصدقاء الحزب الشيوعى الصينى إلى مقر سفاراته أى مقرات السفارة الأمريكية حول العالم لحضور إحتفاليات أمريكية للسلام وخلافه، وبعد إنتهائها فوجئنا بتجاوزات أمريكية خطيرة فى حقنا لقطع علاقاتنا بالرفاق فى الحزب الشيوعى الحاكم فى الصين وقياداته، ثم يبقى الأخطر لدى ولديكم هو الإستغلال الأمريكى لصورنا مع دبلوماسييها للترويج لعلاقتنا بالأمريكان، كما حدث معى بشكل دقيق. وهو الأمر الذى سهل لوكالة الإستخبارات المركزية الأمريكية ولجهاز الموساد الإسرائيلى فتح عدد هائل من مراكز الفكر والأبحاث المختصة بالشؤون الصينية والروسية والإيرانية ومبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية للتجسس بالأساس على مصالح الصين وأصدقائها حول العالم، عبر إعداد جواسيس حقيقيين للموساد وللمخابرات المركزية الأمريكية فى الملفات السابق الإشارة إليها (الصين- روسيا- إيران)... بدون ظهورهم أى ظهور هؤلاء الجواسيس لصالح الموساد والأمريكان بالطبع مع الجانب الأمريكى الرسمى فى أى لقاءات. فكانت تلك هى اللعبة الإستخباراتية الأمريكية الحقيقية فى مواجهتنا جميعاً كأصدقاء حقيقيين للصين ولحزبها الشيوعى الحاكم والرفاق الشيوعيين فى بكين لإبعادنا لصالح جواسيس الأمريكان والموساد.
لذا فقد قررت نقل تجربتى وما حدث لى دولياً، وبالأخص لكافة زملائى المختصين بالشؤون الصينية ومعها أيضاً الروسية والإيرانية والكورية الشمالية كدول سلطوية من المنظور الأمريكى الضيق الأفق كى يتم تعميمها عالمياً بعدم قبول أى دعوات دبلوماسية من الجانب الأمريكى بعدم إستغلالها أمريكياً فى مواجهة دولة الصين الصديقة وحزبها الشيوعى الحاكم ورفاقه وقياداته.
وبناءً عليه، أهيب بكافة زملائى الخبراء المعنيين بالشؤون الصينية حول العالم، ضرورة الإلتزام بالآتى فى مواجهة هذا التدخل الأمريكى السافر فى الشؤون الأكاديمية الصينية، وتقسيمنا لإستبداديين سلطويين غير ديمقراطيين فى مواجهة جواسيس أمريكان ولصالح جهاز الموساد الإسرائيلى، من خلال:
١) أرجو من جميع زملائى الأكاديميين والخبراء والمتخصصين فى ملف الشؤون الصينية حول العالم، خاصةً من الأصدقاء للرفاق فى الحزب الشيوعى الحاكم فى الصين وقياداته مشاركتى حملتى العالمية والإنضمام لها عالمياً لقيادة تكتل دولى أكاديمى وبحثى فى مواجهة الولايات المتحدة أكاديمياً، وذلك رداً صارماً منى ومنكم على تقسيم الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية للعالم إلى معسكرين، وهما: معسكرات ديمقراطية وسلطوية...... من خلال دعوتى الجديدة إلى تقسيم علماء وخبراء الصين "الصينولوجيتس"

والأكاديميين والخبراء فى الشؤون الصينية إلى معسكرين أيضاً، ينتميان إلى الحزب الشيوعى الصينى والرفاق فى الصين، والجزء الآخر ينتمون إلى الغرب والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وكذلك رداً صارماً من جانبنا على تلك المهزلة التى تلوح فى الأفق بإفتتاح الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لهذا الكم الهائل من مراكز الفكر والأبحاث للشؤون الصينية والروسية والإيرانية ومبادرة الحزام والطريق الصينية لإستخدامها لأغراض تجسسية بحتة وإستخباراتية فى مواجهة أصدقائنا الصينيين.
٢) أرجو من جميع زملائى الأكاديميين والخبراء فى الشؤون الصينية حول العالم "الصينولوجيتس" بتعميم مبادرتى الدولية وإعلانى الدولى اليوم بقيادتنا جميعاً لحملة أكاديمية دولية غير مسبوقة كأصدقاء حقيقيين للصين ولحزبها الشيوعى الحاكم فى بكين... لدعوة جميع الخبراء فى الشؤون الصينية فى كل مكان على مستوى العالم لمقاطعة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ورفض أى دعوات أمريكية، ومقاطعة وسائل الإعلام الأمريكية، وحظر أى إتصال أو تواصل بأى دبلوماسيين أمريكيين أو الإلتقاء بأى مسؤولين أمريكيين، لعدم إستغلال وكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية لصورنا معهم للترويج لعلاقتنا معهم على خلاف الحقيقة لصالح جواسيس حقيقيين لوكالة المخابرات المركزية الأمريكية وجهاز الموساد الإسرائيلى فى الشأن الصينى بالأساس، ومعه الروسى والإيرانى والكورى الشمالى واللاتينى كأصدقاء حقيقيين لبكين.
٣) كما نرجو من الجميع مقاطعة كافة مراكز الفكر والأبحاث للشؤون الصينية حول العالم والممولة أمريكياً والتى قاطعتنا بالأساس كأصدقاء حقيقيين للحزب الشيوعى الصينى - بناءً على تعليمات وأوامر أمريكية فى مواجهتنا جميعاً - لإستخدام تلك المراكز الخاصة بأغراض التجسس على دولة الصين وأصدقائنا الرفاق فى الحزب الشيوعى الحاكم فى الصين.
٤) وتتمثل وجهة نظرى لإطلاق تلك المبادرة العالمية الجديدة من نوعها عالمياً، كأول رد دولى أكاديمى جماعى لنا ضد الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وتقسيمها لعالمنا إلى (أنظمة ديمقراطية وسلطوية)... لذا، دعونا نرد على طريقتنا فى هذا الشأن من خلال تقسيمنا المجتمع الأكاديمى الدولى أيضاً إلى قسمين (الأكاديميين المستبدين والخبراء السلطويين الذين ينتمون إلى دولة الصين وحزبها الشيوعى الحاكم، والجزء أو القسم الأكاديمى الآخر، من الذين ينتمون إلى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وحلفاؤها فى الغرب.
وفى إعتقادى، بأن ذلك هو أول رد فعل حقيقى جاد لنا ضد الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وسلوكياتها السيئة فى كل مكان على مستوى العالم، وخاصةً بعد إفتتاحها لهذا الكم من مراكز أبحاث الإستخبارات والتجسس للدراسات الصينية والروسية والإيرانية وغيرها، للتجسس على المصالح الصينية وأصدقاء الصينيين فى كل مكان فى العالم.
لذا، لم يعد لدينا أى خيار آخر رداً على تقسيم واشنطن والغرب لأوطاننا العربية والخليجية والأفريقية والنامية لنا كدول وبلدان سلطوية إستبدادية غير ديمقراطية موالية للصينيين فى مواجهة واشنطن والغرب وأصدقائهم الديمقراطيين. لذا جاء قرارنا كذلك لبدء تقسيم المجتمع الأكاديمى الدولى أكاديمياً وبحثياً كذلك لموالين وأصدقاء للصين وحزبها الشيوعى الحاكم وكمعارضين لسياساته أى لسياسات وإنجازات الرفاق الشيوعيين فى بكين من قبل واشنطن والغرب... وذلك كرد فعل صارم منا فى مواجهة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وأفعالها ضدنا أو بالأدق تقسيمها لنا لأنظمة سلطوية إستبدادية غير ديمقراطية وأخرى ديمقراطية ليبرالية على النمط الأمريكى الظالم.
وكلى ثقة فى أن تنال حملتى العالمية ومبادرتى الدولية فى مواجهة واشنطن والغرب وحلفاؤهم آذان صاغية من كافة زملائى الأكاديميين والخبراء فى الشؤون الصينية حول العالم لبدء تقسيمنا كأكاديميين سلطويين غير ديمقراطيين وفقاً لوجهة النظر الأمريكية... وذلك بالنظر لإنحراف تلك الديمقراطية الأمريكية نفسها عن مسارها الصحيح، لذا لزم تقويمها. والله الموفق
A global initiative directed by Dr.Nadia Helmy– the well-known Egyptian expert in Chinese Political Affairs– Associate Professor of Political Science, Beni Suef University, Egypt… to all Chinese affairs experts around the world “Sinologists”… entitled:
When American democracy itself deviates from its right path, we must boycott it and intervene academically to evaluate it, correct its path, and direct it.
The initiative to divide Chinese affairs experts and academics in the world into two authoritarian camps led by China and its ruling Communist Party in China, and a Western democratic camp led by Washington… in the face of the ongoing American division of the world’s political systems into two authoritarian, dictatorship and democratic camps
Dear colleagues, China experts around the world “Sinologists”
Given the occurrence of serious American transgressions in confronting me and in the face of a large number of Chinese affairs experts around the world who are true friends of China and its ruling Communist Party, to the point of actual assault on a number of us, exposing our lives and our future to complete danger, in addition to preventing us from appearing in the media in our countries for not speaking or fully mentioning to the Communist Party of China, its achievements, its leaders and its leader, the great comrade “Xi Jinping” in the new era. Rather, the provocative order by the United States of America and its allies reached the point of drawing up a global list – I was placed at its head – to prevent us from publishing or making any statements except after they were reviewed and deleted by the Americans to prevent the publication of any talk in the name of the Chinese Communist Party and its leaders or talking about its achievements.
Indeed, the American provocation culminated in invitations to us, i.e. the friends of the Chinese Communist Party, to the headquarters of its embassies, i.e. the headquarters of the American embassies around the world, to attend American peace celebrations and so on. Your two sons have the American exploitation of our photos with its diplomats to promote our relationship with the Americans, as happened to me precisely. This made it easier for the CIA and the Israeli Mossad to open a huge number of think tanks and researches specialized in Chinese, Russian and Iranian affairs and the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative to spy mainly on the interests of China and its friends around the world, by preparing real spies for the Mossad and the CIA in the aforementioned files (China- Russia- Iran)… without their appearance, that is, the appearance of these spies in favor of the Israeli Mossad intelligence service and the Americans, of course, with the official American side in any meetings. So that was the real American intelligence game in confronting all of us as true friends of China and its ruling Communist Party and communist comrades in Beijing to keep us away in favor of American spies and the Mossad.
Therefore, I decided to transfer my experience and what happened to me internationally, and especially to all my colleagues specialized in Chinese affairs, along with Russia, Iran and North Korea as authoritarian countries from the narrow American perspective, in order to generalize it globally by not accepting any diplomatic calls from the American side not to exploit it by America in confronting the friendly country of China and its ruling Communist Party, its comrades and leaders.
Accordingly, I call upon all my fellow experts concerned with Chinese affairs around the world, to abide by the following in the face of this blatant American interference in Chinese academic affairs, and our division into authoritarian, undemocratic dictatorships in the face of American spies and in favor of the Israeli Mossad, through:
1) I ask all my fellow academics, experts, and specialists in the file of Chinese affairs around the world, especially from friends of the comrades in the ruling Communist Party in China and its leaders, to participate in my global campaign and join it globally to lead an international academic and research bloc against the United States academically, and this is a strict response from me and you to The division of the United States of America into the world into two camps, namely: democratic and authoritarian camps… Through my new call to divide Chinese scholars and experts, the “Sinologists”, Academics and experts in Chinese affairs also fall into two camps, belonging to the Chinese Communist Party and the comrades in China, and the other part belongs to the West and the United States of America, as well as a strict response on our part to that farce that is looming on the horizon with the opening of the United States of America for this huge amount of think tanks and research For Chinese, Russian and Iranian affairs and the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative to be used for purely espionage and intelligence purposes in the face of our Chinese friends.
2) I request all of my fellow academics and experts in Chinese affairs around the world, the “Sinologists” to circulate my international initiative and my international declaration today of all of us leading an unprecedented international academic campaign as true friends of China and its ruling Communist Party in Beijing…to invite all experts in Chinese affairs everywhere to The world level to boycott the United States of America, reject any American invitations, boycott the American media, and prohibit any contact or communication with any American diplomats or meeting with any American officials, because the CIA did not exploit our photos with them to promote our relationship with them contrary to the truth in favor of real spies of the CIA American centralism and the Israeli Mossad in the Chinese affairs mainly, and with it the Russian, Iranian, North Korean and Latin as true friends of Beijing.
3) We also ask everyone to boycott all American-funded think tanks and research centers for Chinese affairs around the world, which boycotted us mainly as true friends of the Chinese Communist Party – based on American instructions and orders in confronting us all – to use these centers for the purposes of espionage on the state of China and our comrades in the ruling Communist Party in China.
4) My point of view is to launch this new global initiative of its kind globally, as our first collective international academic response against the United States of America, and its division of our world into (democratic and authoritarian regimes)… So, let us respond in our own way in this regard by dividing the academic community The international community is also divided into two parts (authoritarian academics and authoritarian experts who belong to the state of China and its ruling Communist Party, and the other academic part or section, who belong to the United States of America and its allies in the West.
In my belief, this is our first real, serious reaction against the United States of America and its bad behavior everywhere in the world, especially after it opened so many intelligence and espionage research centers for Chinese, Russian, Iranian and other studies, to spy on Chinese interests and friends of the Chinese everywhere in the world.
Therefore, we no longer have any other option in response to Washington and the West’s division of our Arab, Gulf, African and developing countries as authoritarian, undemocratic, dictatorship loyal countries to the Chinese in the face of Washington, the West and their democratic friends. So our decision came as well to start dividing the international academic community academically and researchlly as well into loyal and friends of China and its ruling Communist Party and as opponents of its policies, i.e. the policies and achievements of the communist comrades in Beijing by Washington and the West... as a strict reaction from us in confronting the United States of America and its actions against us, or more precisely, its division of us for authoritarian, undemocratic, and liberal democratic regimes in an unjust American style.
I am confident that my global campaign and international initiative in confronting Washington, the West and their allies will gain a listening ear from all my fellow academics and experts in Chinese affairs around the world to start dividing us as authoritarian, undemocratic academics according to the American point of view… and that is in view of the deviation of that American democracy itself from its right track.
