السادة المحترمين الرؤساء الصينى الرفيق "شى جين بينغ"، والزعيم الروسى "بوتين"، والرئيس الأمريكى "جو بايدن"
أرسل لسيادتكم اليوم، بيانى المعنون ب (تكلفة إعداد الجاسوس) أى حق ما تكلفته واشنطن وتل أبيب من إعداد لشبكة جواسيس ومراكز فكرية وبحثية فى الشأنين الصينى والروسى فى المنطقة وأنحاء متفرقة من العالم، حيث تبدى الصين وروسيا وأصدقائهم أسفهما الشديد لواشنطن، لمقاطعة مراكزها البحثية والفكرية الجديدة، للتجسس عليهم. وكم نشعر بالألم الشديد لمعرفتنا بأن (تكلفة إعداد الجاسوس كبيرة ومكلفة فى ظل غلاء الأسعار والمعيشة عالمياً)، فما بالك ما إذا كان جاسوس لواشنطن يتم إستخدامه للوقيعة ببكين وموسكو؟، فالتكلفة حتماً أعلى بكثير من المعتاد
ومع ذلك، يمكننا التغاضى قليلاً فى الصين وروسيا عن (جواسيس أمريكا فى الملفين الصينى والروسى وربما الإيرانى)، بشرط إعادتنا لتأهيل جواسيس واشنطن فى الملفين الصينى والروسى للعمل معنا ولصالحنا وليس ضدنا. ونحن سنقوم بمهمتنا على أكمل وجه، بإعادة إعداد جواسيس واشنطن المعنيين فى الشؤون الصينية والروسية من جديد (إعداداً أيديولوجياً جيداً للإيمان بأفكار ومبادئ الحزب الشيوعى الصينى فى العصر الجديد والرفيق "شى جين بينغ".
كما سنقوم بتحفيظ جواسيس واشنطن فى الشأن الصينى والروسى وتفهيمهم من جديد كافة مواثيق ومبادئ الحزب الشيوعى الحاكم فى الصين، فضلاً عن ضرورة تلقينهم النشيد الوطنى للصين وروسيا إيماناً من جواسيس واشنطن بتغيير مبادئهما وقناعاتهما من جديد لصالحنا وليس ضدنا.
مع إلزام جواسيس واشنطن - الذين نعلمهم جميعاً فرداً فرداً فى الملفين الصينى والروسى - بالعمل لصالحنا، وكتابة مقالات وتحليلات، من وجهة نظر الصين وروسيا الرسمية دفاعاً عن سياستهما عالمياً، سواء فى الصحافة أو كافة وسائل الإعلام الأخرى.
ومن هنا، نكون قد حفظنا لواشنطن حقها فى (شبكة جواسيسها المزروعين وسطنا فى ملفاتنا الصينية والروسية). ونكون قد ساعدنا واشنطن قليلاً فى دفع تكلفة (إعداد جاسوس ضد الصين وروسيا من جانب الأمريكان).
ونرجو ألا تفعلها واشنطن مرة أخرى، بإفتتاح هذا الكم الهائل من مراكز التجسس الفكرية والبحثية ضد مصالح الصين وروسيا، كما نرجو ألا تجهد واشنطن نفسها مرة أخرى فى عمل ذلك، حتى لا نرجعها مرة أخرى لنقطة الصفر من جديد، كما هو الحادث الآن.
وقلبنا مع واشنطن فى تلك المحنة الأليمة لكشفنا لكافة مراكزها البحثية والفكرية، ولكافة جواسيسها بيننا فى الملفين الصينى والروسى. وربما سنتغاضى عن ذلك كما ذكرنا أى عن جواسيس واشنطن، بشرط إعدادنا لهم من جديد، لموالاتنا وليس للوقوف ضدنا
وقلبنا مع الأمريكان فى تلك المحنة الصعبة، وتلك الفضيحة المدوية التى سببناها لهم، ونبدى للأمريكان تعاطفنا معهم فى هذا الموقف العصيب... والذى نرجو ألا يتكرر منهم مرة أخرى.... إعمالاً لمبدأ الرئيس الصينى الرفيق "شى جين بينغ"، والمعروف عالمياً، بمبدأ (المصير المشترك للبشرية)
وشكراً لواشنطن من أعماق قلبنا لإعطائنا تلك الفرصة الثمينة للتفوق عليهم، وإبطال مفعول جواسيسهم علينا. وقلبنا معهم
Today's statement, entitled:
(Spy Setup Cost)
Honorable Chinese Presidents Comrade "Xi Jinping", Russian Leader "Putin" and US President "Joe Biden"
Today, I am sending to you my statement, entitled (The cost of preparing a spy), i.e. the cost of preparing a network of spies, think tanks and research centers on the Chinese and Russian affairs in the region and in different parts of the world by Washington and Tel Aviv, where China, Russia and their friends are expressing their deep regret to Washington, for boycotting its new opened research and intellectual centers, to spy basically on them. How much pain we feel at China and Russia, knowing that:
(The cost of preparing the spy those days is huge and expensive, in light of the high prices and living globally)
Taking into consideration that, what if this spy was a spy for Washington, is being used to set up a trap against Beijing and Moscow?... Here, the cost is definitely much higher than usual
However, we can overlook a little in China and Russia about (America’s spies in the Chinese, Russian, and perhaps Iranian files), provided we will (rehabilitate the American's spies in the Chinese and Russian files) to work with us and for us and not against us.
Here, we will do our job to the fullest, to re-equip Washington's spies involved in Chinese and Russian affairs, in a (well ideologically prepared to believe in the ideas and principles of the Communist Party of China in the new era and Comrade "Xi Jinping"
We will also memorize Washington’s spies on Chinese and Russian affairs and make them understand again all the charters and principles of the ruling Communist Party of China, as well as the need to teach them the national anthems of China and Russia in the belief that Washington’s spies will change their principles and convictions again in our favor and not against us
With the obligation of Washington's spies - whom we all know one by one in the Chinese and Russian files - to work in our favour, and to write articles and analyses, from the official point of view of China and Russia, in defense of their policies globally, whether in the press or all other media
Hence, we have reserved for Washington its right to (the network of its spies planted among us in our Chinese and Russian files). And we may have helped Washington a little in paying the cost of (preparing a spy against China and Russia by the Americans)
We hope that Washington will not do this again, by opening this huge number of intellectual and research espionage centers against the interests of China and Russia
And we are turning with Washington in that painful ordeal, when we exposed all its research and intellectual centers, and all its spies among us in the Chinese and Russian files. Perhaps we will overlook that, as we have mentioned, that is, about Washington’s spies, provided we reprepare them again, to be loyal to us and not to stand against us
We turned and fully stand with the Americans in that difficult ordeal, and that resounding scandal that we caused them, and we express to the Americans our sympathy with them in this difficult situation... which we hope will not be repeated by them again...
